About Insight Video Productions
Insight Video Productions was founded in 2002 by Ned Lightner and Lora Mills.
Ned Lightner has been working in the television industry for more than 30 years. He has worked in a variety of
areas, from production to system design and station management.
Ned has won numerous awards and has been nominated for Emmies twice. He has directed live programs for public
television, multi camera sports productions for cable tv, produced numerous documentaries, and covered many events
during his television career.
He is very active in the midcoast area of Maine serving as station manager/program director for BCTV the local public access channel serving Belfast. He has recently been busy producing video for the web as well as
programs for PegMedia, a national distribution service for public access

Lora Mills has worked with Lightner on a variety of film and
documentary projects since 1998. Lora is a coordinating producer and also serves as business manager for the
company.
